A:AnswerI have a Lenovo T480 laptop and using the USB-C to USB-C cable included to plug in, doesn't give me any response and never shows up as a monitor. I bought a USB-C to USB-A adapter and when I plug it into my laptop it alerts of power surge and that the Unknown USB Device Requires More Power than the port can supply. I have downloaded the drivers from Asus as well. Any help here?
A:AnswerIt should work on your Chromebook, just be sure to down load the drivers from the web site at ASUS. I had to down load the drivers before I got mine to work. I am not sure what Citrix is but if you are trying to have the monitor connected and then seeing it as a remote device it will not work that way though RDP. It may work in other ways but you must have the proper rights to do so. Since it run of USB you may have more difficulty seeing it remotely. Hope this helps your question.
