“QSG says “Connect your optical modem to this port using a network cable”. (1) Is the XT9 for optical modem only? (2) If so, is there a version for use with a non-optical modem? (3) Why does it need both internal and external modems?”

• I have no idea why they have not corrected this. It works with non-optical modems. Only.
