With phone in "Idle Mode", press & release menu/select. Scroll thru options: press & release "CID" (Down) or "DIR" (Up) until "Smart call blk" is highlighted. Press & release "menu/select" until "SCB On/Off" is highlighted. Press & release "menu/select". "SCB ON/OFF" will appear. Scroll thru options: press & release "CID" (Down) or "DIR" (Up) until "On" or "Off" is highlighted. Choose option, Press & release "menu/select". Press & release "Cancel" until phone returns to idle mode.
