I haven't hooked our phone up yet, but I can tell you after reading the manual, that your talking about the call blocking feature. your going to have to read the manual on how to allow the callers you want to ring through. this phone is very comclicated and takes some work. you can tell the phone who you want to receive calls from by name or by phone number. hope this helps a little.
