• No idea on your question. It’s a phone. You can hookup two or ONE PHONE LINE. SPEAKER WORKS BETTER THAN MY LAST PHONE. has adjustable volume via speaker and handset. ID SHOWS RIGHT ON THE PHONES MESSAGE WINDOW. If ya want caller ID ON YOUR TELEVISION, contact your supplier for instructions. Comcast does it automatically. Dump DIRECT TV AND GET COMCAST TRIPLE PLAY FOR $335 dollars a month and it will work. By the way, the audio on this phone works great. Good luck.
