A:AnswerNo. We have the AT&T CL4940, as well as an AT&T cordless 2-handset phone. Neither has call blocking. However, we also have two Panasonic cordless phones (one is the KX-TGD610--the other is a KX-TGD210, an older model), and they both have call blocking.
A:AnswerThe screen display is quite bright already. It needs to be tilted up more to see it best. I did not see any option for making it brighter or less bright though.

(I know Vonage works fine with this phone; I've been using this and earlier versions for 15 years or so. I expect other VOIP providers allow similar functionality.)
