• No. We have the AT&T CL4940, as well as an AT&T cordless 2-handset phone. Neither has call blocking. However, we also have two Panasonic cordless phones (one is the KX-TGD610--the other is a KX-TGD210, an older model), and they both have call blocking.

• Yes. Using *61, Call blocking on last incoming call. I do not know of any provision to blanket block all robo calls.
