I couldn't figure out some functions and so I downloaded the full manual from their internet site.
Also, a # key must be used to add a one so that the phone will dial the number of the incoming phone call which is not marked as your local area code.
Had to call help number and it took a long time for the agent to understand this unique problem when the call is not in the Directory with a
stored "1"
