• The phone comes with a cord and has a single RJ-11 connection. If your printer/fax has two RJ-11 connections (as many do) -- one for connecting to the line via its own cord, and a second for connecting to the phone via the cord that comes with the phone, then yes. The phone does not come with a line splitter. Hope that helps.
