I have np playing games. I use OTRMobile.com and with just me on the hotspot I get upwards of 52 Mbps. Ping 37 to 40.

I ran couple of live game streaming on this hotspot and it was a breeze. i think it should be able to run your games smoothly as well. Not sure about NAT thing
