“I have one of these I bought thru AT&T in 2017. It worked with cell tower until Sept. it stopped working. It still shows bars of service but does not work. Our cell phones are working on tower. What can I do? I have reset it. Do you service these?”

I would try replacing sim card. If that doesnt work try sending it to netgear for service.
