I don’t believe this cones unlocked I never tried a T-Mobile or other than AT&T sim. You can google it or look on EBay for any unlocking service for this Good luck

Please try again later.Unfortunately, I bought one hopping to make it unlocked Then I contacted AT&T Customer service and NetGear customer service but no body helped me the IMEI number of mine seemed unrecognizable on unlocking website https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/#/ Even famous unlocking service website just returned my money back and told me they can’t unlock it Advice buy unlocked one from the beginning
