Do you have AT&T cell service where you are at. You need a AT&T cell tower within range to use this device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am in the same boat , I will be likely picking up this to be used with a 3rd party that uses the At&t network to run a truly unlimited plan. The big Cell Service providers plans are not truly unlimited and they will throttle download speed after x gigs downloaded (unless you were lucky enough to purchase an unlimited plan about 10 years ago and stayed with it. ) There are however many other providers that piggy back on the big carriers networks due to anti trust laws and they offer unlimited plans ... dont pay more than $60ish a month ... there is a company check around for it. Other companies charge two times that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should because I have the Verizon hotspot for that reason exactly and there are still unlimited plans available I just purchased the unlimited data plan for my hotspot with Verizon yesterday for $70
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have the choice of purchasing a data plan with ATT or get this device unlocked to use with an alternate carrier (i.e. T Mobile) that uses GSM. Playing games online uses a lot of data. I wouldn't recommend this option for such a purpose. Unlimited plans on mobile hotspots are no longer available. Carriers did away with this for quite sometime now.
