• The short answer is “maybe.” You need to call up T Mobile and find out if you plan allows for hotspot (there will be an additional cost). If yes then ask them if they support the nighthawk device.

• You can but it is difficult. Do a search on YouTube and you will find the process you can go through. It involves call at&t and going up the tech support ladder.
