• If you buy the device outright ($199 I believe) you can have it unlocked from AT&T and then use it with a Verizon SIM or T-Mobile or whatever you want. I have three of these devices (for work) and I have one on T-Mobile, one on Verizon, and one on Telstra (Australia). They work great (most of the time)....
