• There is a feature for Wi-Fi calling but AT&T Wi-Fi calling does not work with prepaid AT&T plans so I guess the answer is no

• No sorry there is not and it's probably not your location it's the device. Do not, i repeat do not waste the money on such a horrible brand such as zte. They aren't worth a cent
