How do I install it? I have 2019 65’ LG Oled TV AI thinQ null

TosLink fiber optic cables have plugs that can only fit one way. Simply insert one plug into the TosLink jack on the TV and the other plug into the TosLink jack on the other component. Fiber optic cables are not directional, so it doesn't matter which plug connects to which component.
