I'm a Best Buy employee. Our return policy is 14 days on most any product unless you're a My Best Buy Elite member, in which case you have an extended return bonus. The floor for that is $1500 dollars in purchases in one year, but at our awesome toy store you can easily qualify. Drop into any Best Buy store with a receipt (or your phone number if you're a rewards member) to check about a return.

I believe regular best buy return policy is 14 days. 30 days if you are elite. 45 days if you are elite plus.

You need to contact the dealer from whom you bought the item for that information.
