“As of right now I have a Audioquest Cinnamon HDMI cable running from my 4k tv to my soundbar so would it be an upgrade if I replace that cable with this one considering Vodka is superior to the Cinnamon lineup? I know HDMI is better than an optical cable”

Cables can only make improvements by introducing less distortion into the system and doing less harm to the signal. The less distortion, the better. A cable cannot improve the cable it’s carrying. So upgrading your cable to a better one will absolutely make your system sound better.
