• No they are not. You could try it and it might work but I would not recommend it for safety reasons (both your safety and your equipment's). You are better off going with a speaker wire that is made and rated for those applications.

• Not outdoor. I don’t know about indoor rating but personally I woul use them in wall. But that is me

• I do not know whether it can be used for outdoor use. I use it indoors. I am not sure whether it will work in inclement weather.
