If you need any warranty help from Aventon, you can't call them and they will ignore any tickets submitted through their online warranty site. I don't recommend purchasing this brand of bike.

I believe there is a list somewhere on the Aventon website. It might be a hassle getting work done if no shop is near and you don't want to do repairs yourself. I also had a different model Aventon bike (Pace 500) that had a brake issue out of the box. Best Buy said "call the dealer". Aventon said take it to a nearby authorized shop, telling me where the closest one was. The closest authorized shop is 2 hours away in a different city. I prefered just doing the work myself over transporting it that far. Aventon was helpful with advice (by email), eventually willing to send parts. I ended up returning the bike to BestBuy while still in the return window upgrading to the Level.2 bike. Note: If concerned about maybe returning a purchase if unhappy with it, consider getting the Best Buy Total Tech membership. Otherwise, there may be a hefty restocking fee and very much shorter try-out period/return window.
