QuestionI want to purchase this bike with a large frame but I see they are out of stock. Is there any way I can still order it and have it sent when more come in?

- Answer I ordered this bike from Best Buy (Aventon Level 2 Large E Bike) At the time Best Buy in the Woodlands did not have it in Large. They placed the order for me and even though Hurricane Beryl delayed the delivery, I still got the bike in about 12 days. Kudos to the Team at Best Buy, The Woodlands, TX. Special thanks to Morgan who helped and kept me updated on the status of my order!

QuestionDoes Best Buy ever stock the Aventon Level 2 Commuter in Large size in the Stepover model? I only ever see it in Medium size.

- Answer The bike comes Pre Packaged and Partially assembled but with all the Needed Tools and lubricants for ease of Assembly. I personally took the entire box to a local bike shop that sells Aventon Bikes and had it Assembled and Tested for me. Great Bike So far!

- Answer If you need any warranty help from Aventon, you can't call them and they will ignore any tickets submitted through their online warranty site. I don't recommend purchasing this brand of bike.
