Good starter e-Bike for the budget conscious
Had some difficulty getting this item delivered. Best Buy somehow found my old address from over 4 years ago and sent a bike there first. I realized the error when I got a delivery notice showing my old address and a pic of my old house with the bike package in front of the door. When I called Best Buy, after some waiting, I was promised a replacement bike at no additional charge. Two weeks later a bike arrived, but I found it was damaged in shipping, with scratches and some of the brake cable insulation scraped off due to the way the bike was shipped and handled. I repacked and returned the damaged bike to Best Buy and was promptly issued store credit and another bike was ordered. Over a month after the initial promised delivery date I received a replacement bike that I assembled over about a 1 hour period. I have ridden it several times and am pleased with the handling and overall performance during the ride. It climbs steeper hills easily and so far the battery has held its charge well. The variable speeds help a lot and the shifter works well.

Best Ride! Great Fun!
I have really enjoyed this new e-bike – the Hyper 26” Mountain Electric bike! I have a traditional mountain bike and hybrid and I really wanted to try the e-bike trend – Wow am I impressed. The bike was almost ready to ride out of the box! There was some assembly required, but it was actually pretty easy and the manual provided clear directions! The battery charged fast, and the whole bike is very solid. On hills, the pedal-assist really lets you zoom up, it is really fast! For the price this is an amazing value. This is definitely high quality! Now, I am having so much fun biking! The whole experience is so smooth, quiet and great – I highly recommend this ride!

Nice Ride
Pros: Loveeee the color. Battery doesnt take long to charge up. Pretty easy to ride but if you are starting out or haven't ridden in awhile then it will take some time to get used to it. Cons: Instructions sucks. Barely any pictures showing how to out this bike together. It took three people to figure it out. Also please wear a helmet when riding and be safe because it does go fast after cranking up the speed on it so be careful. Its also not going to be best for people who are 5'3 or shorter due to the way the bike is made. It will feel uncomfortable to bike because the handles will feel far away and thats not an insult its just something I know people who are shorter will get frustrated with. Im sorry in advance. Other than that... its a great bike just slight issues with installation and the size of the bike.
