I am very pleased with the purchase of my 5th Wheel ebike. It's perfect for the Butler/ Freeport trail. The pedal assist helps me tremendously with my bad knee and hip. It's wonderful for getting around town quickly as well. If you're wanting an ebike that can get up steep hills quickly, though, you may want something more powerful. I can get up hills, but slowly.

The bike is just fine, but I was sent a black bike instead of the white one I ordered. Rides great and does everything as advertised. I didn't send it back as it was too much trouble to deal with. I talked to Best Buy Customer service and I was told I had to call the company to get another bike sent. I won't buy anything that BB can't take care of if there is an issue. Nothing wrong with the bike, just the wrong color.

I am trying to get the issue resolved with Best Buy. I received the Bike, but it has a flat tire for the rear tire. The Bike is still in the opened box in my living room. I by myself am unable to move the box due to my mobility issues. That is why I purchased this bicycle. I was told by a Best Buy Associate that this was a Market Place Purchase? Even though I purchased it online with Best Buy? They told me to contact the seller, which I did and I did not gain any further insight on resolving the issue. He did not even offer his name? Since I am having issues getting a Representative from Best Buy in the phone due to the AI Assistant, I guess I will have to drive to Best Buy in Person.

Nice bike. I had a small one for a while and wanted a normal sized bike too. I am 5’4” so this was about max height I can handle without step through. I had to watch videos to put it together. The written instructions were maybe okay for someone with lots of bike knowledge but not me. Easy once i watched video. My one complaint is the rear reflector goes on the seat stem. Taking the seat up another 1/4 to 1/2 inch…I did not want seat any higher so I rigged it to the frame instead with a longer screw. Love the levels of assist you can choose. Live on dirt road so needed tires that can handle. No issues there. One of my primary reasons for picking this was that it also had adjustment to the handle bar angle. I had quit riding a few years ago due to degeneration in my neck. Have had a fusion and was able to get this is a comfortable position. Want mountain bike performance without being hunched over, cruiser style best really bit this works.

Quality built E Bike. Assembly was fairly easy. Overall Quality is there. Easy to charge and ride. Only wish is they sold 24" bikes for shorter riders.

Overall the bike is very fun and fast. The charge lasts very long and the bike is great for long distance traveling.

I’m not gonna lie, I was skeptical at first, however, it’s really not bad. The battery life is great, you have to adjust as needed to your liking with the seats and handle bars. If you’re looking for something to commute with, I would definitely recommend. You’ll lose weight too.

For the price its a superb bike. Runs great. My kid loves it. Uses it to get to work and for school.

This e-bike was affordable and has been safe to ride and get around smoothly.

Nice bike . Customer service is hard to get a hold of .. want you to send pics if there is a problem which is impossible to send a pic .. has a problem with crank shaft where the petal goe . Thinkk goodness for rei with a quick fix . But thumbs up 5 wheel

Power mode does not work and you CANNOT return it to Best Buy. Have reached out to customer service and they reside in China so a return response took/takes days. Then they want a video showing the issue I am having. A video showing the power doesn't work?! This has been nothing but a headache to deal with. In all honesty I should have spent the extra money and purchased a bike locally where I can receive hands on service. Buy at your own risk!
