Q: Which states require license, and insurance to be able to use this ebike on the streets?
A: Most states won't require a license or insurance for riding e-bikes. There are mainly restrictions in place for how fast it is allowed to go and if you need to wear a helmet. For your specific state, it's probably best you do a quick Google search.
