What country is this bike made in?
Answered by Lectric eBikes SupportHey there! As with 95% of the bicycle industry, we source parts from a variety of Asian countries to get the best parts at the best prices. A couple of examples of this include the LG battery cells which come from South Korea and the Shimano drivetrain which comes from Japan. All of these parts are sent to our assembly facility in China before being inspected and sent to us in the USA. Let us know if you have any other questions.
What if my bike gets stolen?

If it does happen, please note that stolen ebikes aren’t covered under warranty. That said, we do offer a $100 discount on a new ebike with a copy of a police report and proof of your original purchase through Best Buy. Let us know if you have any other questions!
