I doubt it very seriously! I've seen a video review or two where the user had a case on their iPhone, but it was super thin. I have a slim case for my iPhone 13 pro max and even it is too thick! Please do your homework on this one and don't be surprised if you can't find a case thin enough to work with this controller.
