Is it capable with the galaxy fold 4 null

Yes it is i use it for my fold 4 lol its just a bit awkward looking.

I don't think so, that phone is too thick and wouldn't fit. If I use it with my S23 ultra I must remove the case.

I've used it with my Oneplus Open, so I would think that it should work with the Fold as well.
