“I just had an 85" TV installed on the wall by Geek Squad. After they left I noticed one side is 1" lower than the other side (tilted sideways). If I purchase a new TV mount will you be able to fix the problem with the new mount or do I have to pay again?”

I have a small 36" TV and every time I pull it out or move it at all, it has to be rebalanced, side to side. I keep a small level by the cable box so I can keep it straight after use. It's not broken, it's just the way it works. I don't know if your problem is the same or not with an 85 incher!

Ours was crooked. They returned, at no charge, and were able to adjust the holder without a problem.
