how far away can you be from your source? null

At least a couple hundred feet. Less if it has to go through walls, etc

I’ve been about 30 ft away from my phone before remembering to go back and get it without any interruptions.

I can have my phone on the other end of my house and even go out on my patio and still have a good connection.

About 20 feet than you start having interruptions!
