- Answer Not yet as far as I know. Just beware - waterproof and water resistant are two different things that advertisers want all of us to think are the same. If your product falls in water and is removed instantly and still works - it's water resistant. If you drop your product 10 feet in your pool and find it the next day and it still works - that's waterproof!

- Answer Beats headphones, no matter what kind they are, are compatible with iPhone, android, and windows. Most headphones nowadays are Bluetooth, so as long as your phone has Bluetooth you will be able to use the headphones.

- Answer On mine, I just touch the outside of the bud. The left to pause or play. if you touch it twice quickly, it will give you siri. If you lightly touch the right one you can ones, it skips, if you touh it twice, it will go back a song. Hope this helps!

- Answer Yes, they have a year warranty through Apple. The same thing happened with mine and they have replaced them both times as long as it's within the year. I typed a link, so try there. But calling them is way faster and they ship it out faster, it's been my experience. https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/

- Answer Yes it's compatible with all blue tooth phones. I use mine with Samsung Galaxy S6 and iPhone 6s works great with both phones. The head phones do have a volume control button and will work from your devices volume button as well

- Answer Yes the Beats X has the W1 chip. It is very fast for pairing with your iPhone, iPad, apple watch and other Apple electronics. If you have an android or windows device with Bluetooth, these beats will work perfectly, you just wont have the fast process that Apple products get but it is still easy to pair through your device's Bluetooth settings.
