Yes it's compatible with all blue tooth phones. I use mine with Samsung Galaxy S6 and iPhone 6s works great with both phones. The head phones do have a volume control button and will work from your devices volume button as well

they use Bluetooth so if you have Bluetooth on your phone then yes.. the fast-forward part I believe is only for iPhones if that..

Yes, this is compatible with android phones.  The fast forward button does not work with the android phones.  The volume button does work with android phone.
