- Answer The range is excellent; I can be as much as 20 or more feet from my phone with walls in between and still have a clear connection! By contrast, a Sony around the neck headset I have starts breaking up at a mere 6-7 feet.

QuestionHow is the sound or music controlled? I use headphones to fall asleep and if the control to shut off or change a song is in the ear piece it will shut off when I am laying on my side. I hope the control is on the hanging neck portion.
