A:AnswerI just got these today and am currently charging them. Haven’t even used them yet, but just a quick note to say these headphones do NOT utilize active noise cancellation technology. Instead, it is called “noise isolation.” There is a huge difference, and you would see a much higher purchase price (and shorter battery life) for true noise cancellation. I don’t want to bore you with the technological explanation, but want you to know what you are purchasing.

A:AnswerOn the remote control you have a pause and play button in the center and the volume rocker on the side of the remote up-and-down to pause press once To resume play press the center button on the remote once more. To skip track forward press the center button on the remote twice to backtrack on a track press it 3 times . Then to make a call press and hold the center button until you hear the earbuds beep in your ear then command it to call someone.. To pair the headphones the you have to power on the power button and hold it for 3 seconds after the power light comes on then it will be in pairing mode you'll see it Flash .
