I got mine in a new shape, just without the box.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I brought 2 pairs. One had nasty wax residual all on the ear buds which had to be cleaned by the geek squad team. She did a wonderful job cleaning it but that should’ve been done before it was boxed again. Also the instructions was missing from the box also. The prior owner should’ve have not been allowed to return in that condition. The other pair of earbuds was like new and immaculate. So you are taking your chances.
