QuestionI unknowingly purchased these earphones from China. The left earbud cuts in and out when playing music. Is there a way for you to update these earphones? I tried but the charging cord is not recognized when I plug it into my laptop

- Answer I tried to respond the answer to this question but couldn't. I held the button down but the light never started to blink. I held the button down for at least a minute but nothing. Any other suggestions?

- Answer Hey there, so to answer your question, it seems like you can purchase the charging case separately. I made a quick search on Amazon and they seem to have charging cases for sale, now I just don't know how good the quality of the charger is. Here are a few options I found on Amazon. Hope this helps!

- Answer They are good with noisy canceling. But if you move a lot they loosen up a bit cause loss of quality sound.

- Answer It does charge the Beats when not plugged in. You can get roughly two full charges, but the case will have to be charged eventually.

- Answer PS4 only works with Sony Bluetooth devices. If you want wireless headsets go with Astro A50 gen 2 (look on eBay for killer deals for them)
