When only using one earbud (as apparently this set let’s you do) does the audio pumping in through the one active earbud come in “mono”? Or does it switch to “stereo” thought that one active earbud? null

When you have both earbuds in they are in stereo but when you take one out it becomes mono but it is a very subtle difference to the point you wouldn't notice it unless you really tried

Simulated stereo, it’s not quite mono but not quite stereo. When you put the one ear in after the one is already on and playing music you can hear a big difference in the dynamics of sound quality.

The sound is the same it’s just only playing in one ear. And the headphones keep track of the battery life between the left one and the right one which is cool as well.
