Q: QuestionI’m using an aux cord to play with my Nintendo switch. But the mix isn’t working and they can’t hear me. Is it my headphones or is the mic supposed to not work?

• A:Answer I believe if you use an aux cord it overrides the mic function of the switch. Try using an aux cord that can control phone calls as well.

• A:Answer I'm pretty sure you can? You have to pull on the earphones themselves and extend them, but if you're asking if there's a way to adjust the physical head band part of the headphones, I'm not sure. hope this helped
