A: Yes but you don’t want to ruin the quality of the headphone, they sell a covering for the headphone so you don’t ruin it with sweat .

A: It sits on my ears
Q: Will the ear cushions deteriorate over time with use? If so, what can you do to stop deterioration?
A: I use them quite a bit, even at the gym and I clean them daily with clorox wipes. I've had them for a year and had no issues. They look and feel new.

Loving these immensely!
This is the first headphone purchase I've made since 2000 and my first time cordless. I am VERY impressed. Not only is the sound dissected and distributed well in music, but I love the fact that I can switch to a phone conversation while I work out. It's an added bonus that I can sync this with my computer and television. I was considering purchasing a sound bar because the sound quality of the forces me to turn the volume up and/or use subtitles. These headphones give me the sound separation and clarity that I need to understand the conversations just as well as if I was in a movie theater. I've read that the volume is not as high as people desire, but at this age, I don't need it, nor do I require enhanced low frequencies. I'm trying to preserve my hearing. It's a bit snug on my head, but that's not enough to make me drop this down to 4 stars. Especially with 40 hours of playing time on a full charge. That is great. Aces all around!
