• Yes theres a little button on the right ear that you hold for a couple of seconda that will turn off/on the headphones

• Yes, the battery will eventually die and if you play any audio it will still play through the headphones, if I’m understanding your question correctly. The right headphone has an on/off button. Press and hold until it makes a power up or down sound.
