- Answer Sale was 1 day on Black Friday. I highly suggest you buy these at Costco. Same exact model number and at Costco you get 2 years of AppleCare plus free. Off sale they are $299 on sale $169. Plus you have 3 month return window if something happens or you don’t like them compared to Best Buy’s cheap 14 day return policy. If you purchase them full price at Costco for the $299 and they go on sale in that 3 month return window they will refund the difference.

- Answer They are wireless, but you have the option to use them with a cord. They provide a cord you can plug into your phone. It’s just a personal preference.

- Answer Hi Jeffk, Well it generally covers damage but not loss. However, with the Beats Studio Pro, there's a 'Find My' feature that can help you locate your lost headphones based on their last known connected location, which is pretty neat. I hope this helps!

They come with personalized spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, giving you that theater like surround sound experience. - Answer Hi fellow costumer, Typically, when you connect a Bluetooth device like headphones to a TV, it's a one 2 one connection. This means you probably can't have the TV speakers and the headphones playing audio simultaneously. It's a bummer, I know, but that's how Bluetooth usually rolls. However, some TVs might have a setting that allows both, so it's worth digging into your TV’s manual or settings. I hope this makes sense!

- Answer Same here. Had less than 60 days. BB employee said they were much better product prior to the Apple acquisition (used to metal, now plastic). Now have to pay $29 to repair/replace! Should be a class action! Check TikTok to see so many experiencing same issue!!!

- Answer The headphones support what’s called ANC (active noise cancellation) while they do noise cancel, they aim to cancel out active noise (people talking, the sounds of cars driving or ambient noise) they will dampen the sound of say power tools and gun fire but there will be some sound leakage due to those sounds not actively being played. It will take the microphone a few seconds to cancel it out.

- Answer Yes , the Beats Studio Pro charge over USB-C, so they don’t rely directly on 110V or 220V wall power. As long as you use a certified USB-C power adapter that’s rated for your region, the headphones will work fine worldwide. You just might need the correct plug adapter if you’re traveling.
