QuestionHow do I know when the device you are charging is fully charged. Does this unit stop charging at the point of 100%, if so should the charging light go off. I want to make sure it is not continuing to charge as that will ruin the battery.

- Answer My friend tried to charge his phone with an otterbox and it worked the only time it didn’t is if a phone has a pop socket. No you do not need to thread your Apple charger this comes with the stand/ charger for the watch to charge.

- Answer I would suspect that your problem is with your iPhone. I purchased my device, and it’s worked properly since the day I bought it. I use mine for my iPhone and my Apple Watch, and both are working fine.
