“How do I know when the device you are charging is fully charged. Does this unit stop charging at the point of 100%, if so should the charging light go off. I want to make sure it is not continuing to charge as that will ruin the battery.”

My device shows 4 lights on the side all are indicating green one is flashing green does this indicate it is fully charged or is it still charging?
