Hi. The bumper may misalign the coil of the watch and the charger. We suggest that you remove the bumper before placing in on the dock.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.With a generic soft bumper like the Modal I haven’t had any issues and the watch charges fast and consistently. With a larger more rigid bumper/case such as the Umtele Rugged it has issues. It will snap into place and the watch face will switch modes and indicate charging but it’s slower and will randomly stop charging. I think it’s due to the thickness of the raised corners not allowing the watch to sit centered over the puck. Aside from that the stand works great.
