• I have the Iphone 6 with the otterbox defender case. It took a few days but now I hold the phone and plug the stand into the phone. This is so I can see where the pin lines up

• It should. The lightning plug is adjustable and it raises pretty high. I don't use an otter box. But I have a pretty thick case and it works just fine on my 6+.

• The height of the connector protruding from the base of the charger for the iphone is adjustable. Therefore, I think it will work.
