• It should. The phone plug adjusts out for cases.. it works with my wallet case.

• Yes. I have a case and it works fine. There is an adjustment knob that allows to change the location of the charger without issue.

• Yes - I have an Apple battery case and it works without issue. There is an adjustment knob on the charging unit that, I think, would support any case out there.

• Hi, JP. If the smart battery case supports up to 5 mm+ deep cases, then it should work since it has an adjustable built-in Lightning connector that moves backwards, forwards, up, or down to fit most cases.
