does your Smart TV have a USB-C input. i don’t think that is a feature most last generation smart TVs have. i would also strongly NOT recommend this be daisy-chained to another adapter when connecting your smart TV. that will reduce the likelihood of it working substantially.

Please try again later.I don't know for sure, however if you are going in to your TV through a USB-C port I would suspect that it would work because the USB-C carries most everything through one connection, both ways. In my mind, the likelihood of it working is high, therefore I would give it a try. In addition, BestBuy has a generous return policy if it does not work.
