Is this non stuck? How do I keep food from sticking null

What we usually do is spay a small amount of Pam on the tray. It helps out a lot.

DONT buy it. It doesn’t come with a regular basket which means more cleaning struggle. There are better options out there. Plus the food gets a weird smell and taste from this. Something that doesn’t happen with my insignia air fryer.
