“Are there materials inside the cooking chamber than can leech carcinogenic compounds to the food?”

• Carcinogenic ? No more than any other modern material heated to over 400 Deg F used frequently to cook food. Cooking is fast as is exposure to food and there is no odor plus all cleans quickly. Will something be discovered in the future? Dangerous possibilities are something that predates mankind.

• OK so it has a plate inside that you can leave the food don’t want it it doesn’t get sticky I just spray a little bit of Pam olive oil inside and that’s it is easy to clean and the temperature goes up to 400
