• I get 20 to 25 drumettes so I'm guessing about 15 to 18 but you could add a little more than one layer, like a layer and a half. You'll want to shake the basket a few times during cooking so they brown evenly.

• It has one cheap removable disc that sits pretty much flat on the bottom. Get one that has a separate basket.
